Tarlac State University climbs to the 191st place in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2026 Global Top 500 Innovative Universities besting its previous rank of 256 in the Global Top 400.

Tarlac State University climbs to the 191st place in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2026 Global Top 500 Innovative Universities besting its previous rank of 256 in the Global Top 400.

Among the twenty-four categories evaluated, TSU secured Global Top 100 in four key areas.

The highest-ranking achievement was in the Interdisciplinary, Convergent, and Integrated Research, where the university placed in the 36th spot. Additionally, TSU showcased its commitment to holistic education and social impact, ranking 56th in Student Support and Engagement, 64th in Curricular Innovation for Future-Readiness, and 79th in Inclusive Social Innovation for the Underserved.

The official results of the WURI Ranking 2026 have been released during the 6th Hanseatic League of Universities (HLU) conference, currently being held in National Chi-Nan University in Taiwan.
